The Swabian Alb biosphere hosts
21 hotels and restaurants of different sizes and business structures have joined forces with the Swabian Alb biosphere reserve to develop step by step in terms of quality, service, environmental and nature conservation. Over the next 3 years, the establishments will meet precisely defined criteria in these areas.
